What a blast at Mt. Washington with the class. We all got to go snowshoeing up in the mountain and shot each other doing crazy stuff in the beginning. From running, to front flips, and to insane tobogganing! Here are some shots from the adventure!

Mountain Biking Photography
It was a beautiful day for shooting mountain biking up at Yellowgate Park(?) where we got to work with Boomer and his writer, Fin (Andrew Findlay). I don't have Pocketwizards but I was able to shoot off camera by using the infrared that was built in the camera, which actually turned out pretty nice in the last photo of Fin. I think in the near future I would really consider purchasing Pocketwizards.

Business Portrait Headshots
Wasn't that bad of a day today. We were at Filberg Park practicing how to take business style portraiture with each other. Some of us dressed up 'business' style and from here we took some shots. It was a great day, perfect overcast, such lovely lighting!

Fashion Weekend!
What a weekend this was! I believe that this is definitely one of my highlights of this course. On Saturday, we left Courtenay for the Nanaimo ferry at 5:30am. I'll never wake up that early again that's for sure. We arrived at Todd Duncan's studio around noon time and that's when he gave up an hour lecture about fashion photography. At first, fashion photography would probably be the best one, until he showed us a live demo and there's a lot of energy involved. Keeping the model with energy and everything. You pretty much need energy for the whole day. I thought it was so much (But hey, it's just like in the movies on how they look at fashion photography)
